COVID-19 Update

The health and safety of our patients, providers, staff and community has always been our top priority. During this time of social distancing, we have implemented a COVID-19 specific protocol that includes office and instrument disinfection, reorganization of patient flow to allow for greater social distancing, and have limited the maximum number of patients we see each day.   We are asking for your help and patience during this time. By working together, we can ensure maximum safety for all of us.

On the day of your appointment, we ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If we are running behind schedule, we will call you and ask you to wait in your car until we are ready to see you.

For pediatric patients, only one parent or guardian may accompany the patient to the office (siblings who don’t have a scheduled appointment will not be permitted into the office, so please plan accordingly). For adult patients, only the person with the scheduled appointment will be permitted to enter the building.

To minimize the amount of time you spend in the office, please be sure to have New Patient Paperwork completed before arrival.  This paperwork will be emailed to you prior to your first appointment, and it is available on our website.

For all individuals over 2 years of age, masks that cover your nose and mouth must be worn at all times while in the building. Masks that contain an exhaust valve are not permitted. Surgical gloves are NOT permitted to be worn by patients or families in the office.  Studies have demonstrated that the improper use of surgical gloves by the public may increase the spread of infection.

Upon entering the office you will be asked to use the provided hand sanitizer, and we encourage you to apply hand sanitizer or wash your hands intermittently while you are in the office.  Hand sanitizer will be available at various locations throughout the office, and there are sinks and hand soap in every exam room.

For certain conditions, we can schedule a telehealth visit with the doctor.  If it is possible for a patient to be seen via telehealth, we will offer this option for follow-up appointments.

We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation during this “new normal.” Please know that we are doing everything we can to ensure maximum safety for our patients and staff. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your care or about our protocol, please don’t hesitate to let us know!

Starting 9/24, we’re upgrading our system. Please be patient during this transition. We look forward to providing you with an improved experience!
